After stalling on our bathroom reno with some unexpected & urgent carpentry repairs we called Fawcett on a whim after seeing online they do small bathroom repairs. We needed the work done pretty quick, Chris attended the quote promptly & Lhen at the office was able to get him booked the next business day. The customer service from Lhen was AMAZING! She was so helpful & fantastic to deal with. The job ended up needing a bit more work than we expected which has been no issue for Chris, his workmanship is fantastic, I've never seen wall studs look so good. We've used Fawcett plumbers in the past & have always been happy with their prompt service but didn't know just how much Fawcett offers, we're very, VERY glad we reached out to Fawcett for this carpentry job & couldn't recommend Chris highly enough. Even chatting to Mark when we realised the job would entail more then we first thought he made it feel like it'll be no trouble at all turning a really stressful stall in renovations into something to not worry about. If I could give more than 5 stars I would, this has been such a fantastic experience, thank you Lhen, Chris & Mark!!

Matt attended my home this morning. Very polite and respectful. Matt explained potential fees clearly. When things didnt go as expected he kept me well informed and obtained my consent before proceeding with further work. Very professional person. Very happy with service.

Troy the plumber was very kind and worked very quickly. He identified the cause of the toilet leak and fixed it efficiently, replacing the entire upper part of the toilet from the old one. He did a great job. Thank you again, Troy.
